I was absolutely miserable until I found Threelac. After researching thoroughly, I decided to take the leap and try it. Two things I noticed immediately: It noticeably lessened my heartburn and soothed my stomach. Over the course of a few weeks, the Threelac had cleared up symptoms I hadn't even realized were candida-related (like persistent nasal congestion and clicking noises in my ears). Be wise and follow the instructions. Don't try to jump in and take a high dosage of this. If you've been battling with candida for a while, you may even want to start on half a packet for the first few days. Also, when I first started it, I made the mistake of continuing my eating habits that had been feeding the yeast, and I paid for it. Don't continue to feed the yeast and then expect to kill it off. You'll keep yourself in a constant state of die-off unless you take the diet seriously. The good thing, though, is that you'll feel the difference with Threelac regardless of any diet changes.
Update: 12/16/2010
After a long yo-yo experience with threelac and other supplements, I realized that I needed something else to finish off the anti-candida job. I tried Sf-722, and it is allowing me to reintegrate foods (like fruit and nuts) after a few weeks. I still like Threelac and am thankful for all that it did for me, but you may want to consider a course of threelac followed by a course of SF-722.

I started taking ThreeLac several years ago after experiencing inconsistent bowel movements and constant sinus infections. The product and process works like a charm! I am 3yrs past my last sinus problem, have consistent BM's, feel more energetic and have a greater sense of well being. ThreeLac is the only change I made to my lifestyle and I take it everyday with my other suppliments. Love the product and the price I found via Amazon was the cheapest around. I am a very satisfied customer!

My daughter had a candida infection for a few years. This is the best thing on the market for keeping yeast infection under control. Her's was so bad though that I actually had to detox her with an ion cleanse. But all in all it is a wonderful product!

I wrote a review on this stuff on another ThreeLac page but here goes. My wife was getting vaginal infections more often than she'd like both yeast and bacterial. She's been to Dr.'s and Naturopath Dr.'s. The NP's were by far the better choice to help with these issues. We knew it HAD to be a probiotic problem. We tried everything. Femadophilus, a vaginal one by Garden Of Life, and many others. As soon as she started taking Threelac, there was a noticable difference in just a cple days. She was cured and she has been 100% since. In fact, she is even better than she was before she started getting the infections. We tried Five Lac too but didn't really notice a difference although I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying Fivelac if Three didn't help much. But I HIGHLY recommened this product. It was a real life saver for my wife and she now takes one daily and swears by it.
