 Enzymes are average, not for real problem issues.Oct 06, 2010

I was taking two or three of these every time I ate and I was still having problems digesting almost everything. I've recently stumbled upon a product called Digest Gold by Enzymedica that is absolutely wonderful. So, in my opinion, if you have any digestive issues at all, and you want a more potent product, go with the Digest Gold and pass on this product. The Digest Gold really helped me after my gall bladder was removed and I got an intestinal candida infection in the hospital.

I love this product. I used it to help my son recover from food allergies. The enzymes work immediately and make a huge difference. I take them myself now whenever I want to eat a food that used to upset my stomach before- like icecream. Paired with Threelac, it is also wonderful for Candida recovery. I highly recommend!

After you've taken this for a few days, heartburn disappears. I also think it helped my body "process" the food (good or bad) I ate quicker and better.
