I take 2 of these a day. One at night and one at lunch. After reviewing studies I decided to add Probiotics and Fish Oil along with several other herbs (Wormwood, Boswelli) to my diet. The combined effect has been a drastic reduction of Crohn's related inflammation. As I did not change 1 thing at a time it is tough to tell if this product contributed to the result. Based off studies though and no negative effects on me, I will continue to be a customer.
