My doctor from San Diego, CA recommended this particular brand of probiotics after suffering from a parasite contracted in Costa Rica. They are a little more expensive but worth it. They are the best - getting your digestive ecosystem back on track!

I been to see a Internal Medicine MD, Dermatologist MD , & 3 Naturopath Physicians. The Naturopaths suggested I take Probiotics over the last few years but it was not until I switched to Dr. Ohhira's Essential Formulas PROFESSIONAL Formula, + his soap. It's taken ~ 3-7 days before results but it's working.My rash is almost gone I believe it's due to this product.

My fiancée takes probiotics daily. This isn't the cheapest brand, but it was recommended by her doctor. It has helped her digestive and immune system.

I have also tried the regular strength formula (green box), and this professional formula worked better. I felt the difference immediately in the first couple of days. I am learning that it's important to take it one hour before meal or one and half hour after meal. Keeping the guideline makes a lot of difference in how well it works. Five stars for the results, but I'd give four stars for the price.

I've tried everything under the sun to relieve my ulcerative colitis symptoms (it's been over 10 years). My acupuncturist recommended Dr. Ohhira's probiotics for its strength and quality. The only warning: more expensive than your average probiotic. I've been taking it twice a day one hour after breakfast and one hour after dinner...IT WORKS! No more running to the bathroom, no bloating, no bleeding, bowel movements down to twice a day and getting better every day. I'm thankful I found this product which it is WAY WORTH THE PRICE!!!
