Easy to swallowJul 12, 2010

I have a hard time swallowing pills, so when my eye doctor recommended that I start taking fish oil as a preventive measure for macular degeneration which runs in my family, I was mortified to see the size of the pills available at my local stores. I resorted to shopping online to find the pills in a smaller dose and discovered these. I discovered that they were easy to swallow, but tended to make me nauseous for about 10 minutes after taking them. I read somewhere that if you freeze them, then the pills thaw out in your intestines, rather than in your stomach, reducing the nauseating effect. That really worked. These also do not "burp fishy." Good product.

I love Omega 3 from Enzymatic I been taking it for 1 year nonstop I will not go into a details of praising Omega 3 we all know how important it is for our health, The reason I love this particular Omega 3 is that it does not have a fishy burp taste and does not irritates my stomach. I belive that it is a highes quality Omega 3 on the market.

Fish Oil makes a huge difference in my two sons. My oldest son stutters, but doesn't when he takes fish oil. It helps them both focus more. I take it too and am able to think more clearly before I react, so I'm calmer. I love the Eskimo brand because the capsules are small and easy to swallow. We all hated taking the gigantic ones from the grocery store. The Eskimo brand has less fillers than other brands and seems to be slightly more effective.

These little softgel capsules contain Omega 3 oil and are very easy to swollow. The product arrived on time and was very well packaged.

I've been using eskimo-3 fish oil for years. It was recommended by my MD. There is no fishy odor, and I take 3 capsules every day with breakfast. I received the order in a timely fashion.
