I loved this product. It is very small and easy to drop, but a little expensive. So I change my probiotic to a cheaper one.

I've taken these for awhile. Nothing bad has happened to me. They are the little round 'pearls' and very easy to swallow.
I honestly don't know how to tell if they are doing anything. Immune/digestive support seemed like a good thing to do.
Sorry, I can't give a more in depth report but how?
