5Good All Around Multi VitaminAug 30, 2010
I like having a multi that is formulated for the particular needs of my gender and time of life. It is made from digestable food sources and contains enzymes that aid in assimilation. I feel like it is more of a "food" than a suppliment, and I take it every day along with meals.

I also save about $12.00 per bottle by getting it at Amazon, since it costs $40.00 at my local health food store.

4Great vitaminsApr 10, 2010
We have been using these vitamins for about a year, and they seem to help with a better general sense of health - when we are regular in taking them, our monthly cycles seem to be less debilitating.

4Vitamin Code- WomenDec 12, 2009
I wanted a vitamin that made me feel healthy and energetic. Vitamin Code does just that. It's not a nervous, jittery energy that some "vitamins" cause you to feel. It just gives you a kick in the pants and makes you feel good and strong.

5Excellent VitaminNov 28, 2009
My doctor recommended this vitamin. I have a three and four year old, so I've been extremely tired, but within the first two weeks of taking this vitamin I felt so energized, especially when I wake up in the morning. I don't have to press the snooze button I just wake up automatically! I have so much energy than I had with other vitamins I've taken. As with most multi vitamins they are huge horse pills, with these vitamins I simply pour the contents of the capsule to a little water and voila, they're down in seconds. The only downfall is that you have to take a total of four vitamins daily, two per day, so I usually forget to take the evening vitamin. All in all this an excellent product.

5Excellent, "feels" better than other vitaminsOct 16, 2009
I was on the lookout for a good vitamin, as I'm on a high dose of medication which drains your B vitamins. With PCOS, I also needed support for feminine health, as well as for the risk factors such as heart disease. In the health food store, I was reading the back of the package when a gentleman came behind me to say "Those are excellent." We spoke a bit, and it turns out he's a vegetarian, who specifically needs B vitamins. He said he liked it because it is made from organic fruits, berries, and vegetables, and has less filler. He mentioned that it even smells better than most vitamins.

I decided to give it a try, and I can really feel a difference. With other vitamins, it almost seems to take a while before I start to feel "right" again. More energy, less generalized pain, and less havoc on my digestive tract.

I also like that it targets reproductive health, optimal digestion, healthy skin, and healthy heart and blood pressure, which specifically helps me as a woman with PCOS.
