Small size & not fishy aftertaste!Apr 18, 2009 I bought this to complement the Ultimate Omega or Complete Omega that I also give my boys (1 of each per day). The capsules are small & easy to swallow, with absolutely no smell or taste of fish. I vary the type of omega 3 oil formulations I give them, as we don't necessarily really know which one is definitively best for growing children. My youngest son has very mild speech issues & a hot temper, so I tend to be sure he gets some of the EPAs (not just the DHA). He has improved, but I am unsure if this is just maturity or the fish oil. I do always stick with Nordic Naturals, as I have done enough research to believe that they are the purest fish oil available (third party tested for mercury, PCBs, etc). I can also vouch for the fact that none of the Nordic Naturals capsules smell or taste like fish. They are also very concentrated so fewer capsules are needed. The liquids are more cost effective, but do taste pretty nasty (we used to follow them with a chaser of chocolate or butterscotch sauce).

My Son Loves ITMar 15, 2009 This is the only fish oil that he likes because of the strawberry taste. He loves it. He makes sure he gets his "fish vitamin" by reminding me. I like this bottle because it is cost-effective compared to the childrens DHA if I wanted to make sure my son got a good amount of EFA. I'm using this to help with his hyperactivity. It is also the "right" size. It's not huge and it's not too small. For him the size is important and for me the amount of EFA's he gets is important. So we're both happy.

Kids love itJan 22, 2007 My daughter is sensitive and can't tolerate any other DHA's. It is smaller than the adult size and bigger than the childs.

Dha for emotional well beingJun 01, 2006 I've been taking this product for 6 months. By the time I completed the first bottle, I felt improvement in my moods. I have been treated twice for depression with anti-depressants. Recently, I ran out and would not pay the $27 to $30 sticker prices in health food stores. By the second week I was noticing that I was having more bad thoughts and more joint pain. This product works for me.
