By Pixelle Mom I figured out how they made these "burp free". I don't know about you, but my body doesn't digest the liqui-gel coating. These pass through my body undigested and come out whole... exactly in the same condition they went in. So much for getting my omega-3. I'm taking this back for a refund.
These work pretty well - overall satisfiedJan 18, 2012
By J. S. Trombley Been using these for a few months. Not bad. My fiance is crazy about fish oil and based on research mentioned these are the best low-mercury option, with the different omega-types, that are also "burp-free". I didn't have the experience of the first reviewer. Have noticed that they are not completely burp-free, but if taken before breakfast, I'll only have maybe one/two small and not too fishy burps. If taken without food - I definitely have a few fishy burps with them. Can not stand taking other pills that are not burp free at all. GNC also makes decent ones that are completely burp-free, but don't have quite the same quality of oil.
