I'LL BE SHORT AND TO THE POINT, I NEVER GIVE REVIEWS BUT WONT BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT READING THEM SO I WANTED TO TAKE A MINUTE & HELP OTHERS DECIDE IF THIS IS FOR YOU. I ONLY HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT ONCE EVERY FEW WEEKS SO IVE TRIED THEM ALL OVER THE YEARS, THIS WORKS GREAT "NO CRAMPS" "NO BLOATING" & "NO GAS" BUT BE WARNED NOT TO EVEN THINK ABOUT PASSING GAS WHILE TAKING THIS BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE A HUGE ACCIDENT(YUP, I KNOW WHAT YOUR THINKING AND YES I DID) AND ONCE YOU FIND HOW MANY PILLS YOU NEED TO GET 3 TO 4 BOWEL MOVEMENTS ADAY IT WILL HIT IN ABOUT 5 HOURS NOT OVERNIGHT AND ONCE YOU STOP TAKING THEM YOU WILL STILL HAVE A (WET)BOWEL MOVEMENT OR TWO FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS SO IF YOUR GOING ON A TRIP DONT TAKE THEM THE DAY BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE YOU WILL NEED TO BE CLOSE TO THE RESTROOM. ALSO YOU MAY NEED TO GRAB A TUBE OF BABY A&D OINTMENT AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND I MEAN ALOT OF WATER IT WILL HELP AND IF YOU DONT YOU WILL FEEL WEAK. HOPE THIS HELPS.

This product was suggested by my masseur. There is no doubt that it works as advertised. Just pay attention to the warnings of others and be near a restroom, particularly during the morning hours. Also be aware that during the first few days you will experience a good deal of stomach rumbling and other bodily noises.

This is the best colon clease product I have found. Not too harsh and it works just as descripted. The ingredents have been around since 1800s.
