These really do work, in fact maybe too well :) I would recommend start with low number of pills and work your way up, otherwise you may get a big surprise sooner than you think. I purchased these because your body does not become used to these, so when you stop using them your body continues without any drawback. These will make you regular but you will need to find the right number of pills and at what time to take them, once you do everything will work as expected.

Sorry to be a bit blunt, but four capsules of this stuff before bedtime will give you, ahem, substantial movement the next day. I use it nearly every night (even though you should only use it about 3-4 x's per week after a while). I'm someone who is usually constipated but this stuff always does the trick and it's free of all sorts of harmful ingredients.
You just might want to make sure you're out of earshot if you're the skiddish type. It's soft moving, not hard, but it won't always be quiet. It has help me stabalize my weight around 200 lbs. after I was about 225-230 just 2 years ago and not having regular movements.

This product has been a godsend for me. The cost is high yes, but the results are worth it for me. I am on many medications that cause constipation, so without oxy powder I'd be miserable.

For the last several years I have been using Oxy-Powder and find it to be the very best solution for improving intestinal health.
I take a medication that causes severe, painful constipation and this is the only product out there that consistently helps me.
I totally recommend it for anyone looking for this type of product!

Oxy-Powder Intestinal Cleaner works very well. I am not sure if it really cleans buildup off the intestinal walls as some have said, but it definitely gives an energetic bathroom experience!! I would suggest that you stay near a bathroom the morning after you have taken it.
