 Not my favorite cleanse but it worksJun 03, 2010
It certainly works to get things moving although it is rather pricey and having to take 6 or more capsules at a time is not too pleasant. It's important to get the dosage right as too much or too little will either be unpleasant or not work at all. If you have chronic constipation you would still need to keep taking this after the cleanse on a continuous basis about every other day to prevent symptoms from returning--it's not a cure. As a cleanse I don't believe that it absorbs and removes the same amount of toxins as a psyllium / bentonite clay cleanse. Not sure if it removes "mucoid plaque" or not either. Personally for long-term colon health I would prefer bulk fiber or the Ayurvedic herbal formula called Triphala. This WILL clean you out quickly, however. It's good to keep some around to clear the system if you've been overeating and have that stuffed-up feeling.

I have tried many different products for chronic constipation. Some of them needed to be mixed in water, were gritty, or caused cramping or gurgling of the intestines, while others were addictive laxatives. Oxypowder is natural, non-habit forming, in easy pill form, and very effective. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a similar problem!

I have tried hundreds of stool softeners and laxatives but the Oxy-Powder is the only one that works and works every time. Everyone that tries it says the same thing...

Oxy Powder works for everyone I know who has tried it. It regulates eliminations so nothing is too much - no constipation or diarrhea. It's gentle and effective.
