These are the best probiotics I've tried, hands down, and I've tried A LOT. None of them have worked as well for me as these...the rest were like taking a placebo (while, I'm sure, working very well for others). You just have to keep trying different products until you find the best one for you. Glad I don't have to keep trying anymore.

I haven't noticed a huge improvement since taking this. It may have helped a little, but I don't think it is a very strong probiotic.
