Before I came across Nordic Naturals, I was taking regular fish oil capsules. But I like these so much better! They are a good size (kinda small) and you take 2 of them instead of taking 2 huge fish oil horse pills. I love how they are strawberry flavored. It's appealing to my pregnant taste buds. I would recommend this product to fellow pregnant gals!

This product does not make me burp up at all, it smells and tastes like strawberries. I highly suggest to get this.

For several years, I'd been taking different brands of fish oil. I don't know if this is a coincidence, but since I've been taking Nordic Naturals pro-dha for almost a year, my HDL ("good" cholesterol) have significantly increased (annual blood test). Even if this HDl elevations isn't related to Nordic Naturals pro-dha, I like this formulation---not fishy at all, and the capsules are a bit smaller and easier to swallow than some of the other brands' horse-sized capsules.

These are the best pills I've ever used. First of all the dosage is great, esp for a pregnant woman. I am currently taking 1xday, then I'll bump up to 2xday for my 3rd trimester. My Dr. was even impressed with the source and dosage of these pills. I also like the fact that it has the strawberry added to it. When you open the bottle it doesn't smell fishy, it smells like strawberries. Which is wonderful, when my sense of smell is heightened anyway. Also, with other Fish oil pills sometimes when you burp it'll smell fishy, which is very unpleasant. This doesn't happen at all. I really enjoy these pills and will continue to use them even after the baby.
