My homeopathic/MD doctor prescribed these vitamins over 6 years ago.
When I stop taking them my energy level drops drastically. No other
vitamins that I have taken have helped my energy level this well. However,
it probably would be wise to ask your doctor if they are OK for you to take.

Recent research shows a direct connection between intake of copper and dementia. I would continue to use this product if they reduced the 2mg of copper to zero.
