I've been taking the resveratrol forte for about two weeks now and have noticed a big increase in my energy levels. Over all I feel better and quite a bit less tired than before. I started out taking a lower dosage for the first week, because of the stories of some people having side effects with higher dosage. But after the first week with no problems, I increased my dosage to two capsules a day and that's when I noticed an increase in energy.
Each capsule contains 125 mg. of trans-resveratrol, in order for a resveratrol to be effective it needs to contain trans-resveratrol.
*Most resveratrol products are made from Japanese Knot-weed which actually has a higher level of trans-resveratrol than grapes.

I have been using this particular brand of Reservatrol daily for almost a year now and I can't go without it. At first I was buying it from a local health food store but the price is rather exorbitant. So I went to Amazon and found out I could get it in a price that really pleased me since I am a regular user of it. So keep it up and I will keep coming back to buy from you.

Here is the thing, studies have shown Resveratrol to work in mice (it can increase their lifespan by up to 20%), nothing definitive in humans just yet. It doesn't mean it won't work, but it also means we are not sure yet.
As for the product itself, well, it has way too much Resveratrol. Optimum amount would be that of 2-3 wine glasses per week. One capsule of this has 21! That's a lot and it could actually increase the risk of cancer rather than decrease it. I would recommend using something less potent than this, whether this brand or another.

Great price for this somewhat expensive supplement. As far as anti-aging, I am not sure if this is valid.

This is my first Resveratrol product, but it could be my last. I notice zero benefits from taking it. None whatsoever. I have a pretty sensitive body, and I can feel almost every supplement I take, to some extent. I notice nothing from this product. It's almost like they just filled the capsule with canola oil, and nothing else. Maybe they forgot to put the Resveratrol in! I will absolutely be sticking to red wine and concord grape juice for my Resveratrol from now on. For what I paid for this bottle, I could have gotten several bottles of wine, and gotten hammered in the process!
I'd steer clear of this product, until they can get the resveratrol extraction process down-pat a little better.
