This burns horribly, but you know what? It is getting out a fungal buildup that no prescription drugs would touch. My right nasal passage is now clearer than it has been in years. It really does burn, and you will find yourself cringing and basically whining.
You need to be brave, but in this case no pain no gain. I purchased this stuff offline after trying oreganol P73 juice as an oral rinse and taking it internally. That stuff works great as well, it will pull that fungus type buildup out of your mouth that brushing will not take care of, and also kills a lot of bacteria/fungi which are not killed by alcohol.

Its expensive but it actually WORKS!!! Ive had a bad sinus infection for a month now and tried this stuff. It is working! My sinuses are draining! It is better than the normal nasal sprays and plain saltwater.
I am in shock at this product. Wishing I had found it sooner

I've only been using this for a week. its very powerful and I can breathe better after i use it. it does burn when you inhale so it takes some getting used to. i wish it was in spray form.

The comments about SinuOrega's burning sensation are not at all over exaggerated. It caught me off guard the first time and I'm surprised I didn't pass out. I've never experienced anything like this before. Although it will have you teary-eyed and pounding the sink for the first ten seconds, its results are pretty amazing. It WILL open your sinuses better than any spray containing drugs. I use it three times a day, after a thorough sinus rinse, when I get a cold and it both relieves the congestion and shortens the duration of the virus. And it's drug-free. A couple of other things I like about it: It leaves you with a refreshing bay rum scent inside of your own nose that lasts for at least an hour. Also, after the burn subsides, you feel a bit of a rush, a kind of natural high, like people who eat wasabi or chile peppers enjoy. Well worth the price!

Better than any doctor prescribed steroid spray and antibioticDec 14, 2011

After many years of antibiotics and steroid nasal spray use,..my sinus infections became more frequent and got worse,..not to mention the bad gut etc. problems associated with antibiotic use. I stumbled onto a TV show called Know The Cause (knowthecause.com) and learned that sinus infections and MOST other health problems people get are due to fungus in the body and changing the diet to eliminate sugar and grains (carbs) as well as using anti-fungal supplements starve and or kill the fungus and supplementing with pro-biotics and beta glucan is the cure.
One of the anti-fungals talked about on the show is oregano oil of which I also use,..but then I discovered this Sinu Orega nasal spray version and so far can definitely say that it works better than any spray I've ever used. After about a weeks worth of use,..the burning becomes much less severe. After a couple weeks use (once daily) I actually had a small chunk of what I presume to be wax or sinus fungus? come from the back of my throat during a slight cough,..then a week after that a second larger chunk came out. Know the Cause has showed me what no doctor has ever been able to plus have lost 35 pounds weight and sinuses have never been better.
