This product has been a huge help to me. I used to get urinary tract infections A LOT (at one point, once a month). Since taking this I haven't had any. Very worth the money & it is much cheaper to buy online.

I take an antibiotic daily and unfortunately, it potentially leads to yeast infections. Not wanting to eat yogurt everyday to prevent a yeast infection, I tried this product. Surprisingly, it works. I take one daily with the antibiotic. My only "gripe" is that the pill has a "funny scent" that seems to alter the natural scent/flora of your va-jay-jay.

My wife had a yeast infection and didn't want to use drugs so she opened the capsule and mixed it with water and applied directly to the problem area. It worked overnight.

I first bought this because the sales woman at the grocery story saw me staring at the refrigerator section figuring out what to get. She said this had worked miracles for her and her yeast infections. I don't have yeast infection issues, but I do have bladder issues, and she suggested it. She also pointed out how it has a lot more active cultures than every other similar product on the fridge aisles at this store. She mentioned how pricey good ones are, so it's good to get one with so many active cultures. I totally agree. Reading some of the reviews on Amazon after I first got this kind of bothered me because several of them seemed to say almost the same thing and the majority of them (not all -- but all the ones that sounded alike) were written by people who had no reviews BUT for this product. That sets off a red flag for me normally. But my experience with this product has been very good, so I just wanted to confirm what others have said. If you are a woman, I would go with this one. Personally I prefer to pay a little more and make sure I buy them refrigerated, but that's just me. This is a good product -- especially for women.

This product has been helping me for awhile, I used to have urinary tract infections quite regularly until I discovered this product, and buying online is quite cheaper than health food stores.
