This is the only brand my personal trainer/nutritionist wants me to use. She explained to me why we have to spend a little more and buy the best quality. The cheaper ones are made with lesser quality fish oil and have other ingredients that can actually be bad for you. I am not good at taking pills and at first thought - uh-oh this is a big pill! But it is easy to swallow with water. They add lemon essence so there is no fishy aftertaste. My doctor stronlgy suggests taking fish oil to raise my "good" cholesterol.

I RECIEVED ULTIMATE OMEGA 500, NOT ULTIMATE OMEGA. THE PRODUCT I RECIEVED IS STRAWBERRY FLAVORED AND HAS ONLY HALF THE AMOUNT OF EPA AND DHA OF THE PRODUCT THAT IS BEING ADVERTISED FOR SALE.
