I purchased this product for my dad who is 58. He is a smoker and an over the road driver. He doesn't have the luxury of eating well all the time. He noticed the change the first week. These vitamins offer digestive enzymes and live vitamins. His appetite increased (for healthy foods)without weight gain as well as his energy levels. With continuous driving causing sleep disruptions he was able to have healthy, normal sleep patterns and increased mental clarity. This is a healthy all around supplement that he takes (2) times per day with food.

 Not actually vegan, but they try to convince you it isSep 21, 2010

Definitely not vegan. Their D3 is admittedly sourced from lanolin. They have this extensive and convoluted explanation on their website, [...] about how it's actually vegan, even though the D3 originally comes from lanolin, or sheep grease. I called and spoke with a representative who defensively and firmly told me that it is vegan, because it "tests animal free," in accordance with FDA regulations. I don't really know what that means. She further justified their vitamins' veganness by the fact that many vegans take their product. I said that they take it because it says vegan on the front of the package. Sucks. So misleading, and deliberately so. Just trying to get people's money. Oh, also, "The sheep are not hurt." Haha, yeah.
Oh, also, regarding their imminent labeling as "vegetarian," that will only be happening in Whole Foods cause they told Garden of Life to suck it with their lies.
