I have tried them all... in fact also worked for GNC several years ago. So I made myself a guinea pig for all products. Garden of Life is amazing and I also use their probiotics and raw digestive enzymes. Jordan Rubin knows his stuff. This multi is so great and I give it to my 7 yr old son as well. I give him 1 twice a day. I take 2 twice a day.
I notice when I don't take them as well. I am a Kettlebell Sport athlete and coach so I'm always always active. This product, and the others mentioned, definitely help with my recovery overall.

Many of the capsules in the bottle were busted open. I don't know why. Maybe how they are being stored or handled. The expiration date was still good. It is a great product and I have used it before.

My family (2-adults and 2-early teen children) have been taking these vitamins (Garden of Life - Family) for over two years now. My kids have tried other vitamins and found them hard to swallow or with a bad taste. these vitamins are reasonable sized caplets that slide down easily. I do not know what the other writer is saying about a bad taste ... you swallow these and they are not meant to be chewed... Anyways, I truly believe in "whole food" naturally derived vitamins. Do your research and you will find that your body can better absorb the nutrients.
I recommend and use Garden of Life products and have now found them less expensive here on Amazon!

Nasty...thats all I can say about the taste of these vitamins. Everytime I take them, I hold my breath and swallow. The after taste is just NASTY. I always have to take a tb of peanut butter or something to get that taste out of my mouth. I am scared to try any more of these "raw" vitamins.
