Superb FormulaSep 27, 2010
By Mike Flagstaff One reviewer complains about the vegan aspect because lanolin, which comes from sheep, is used to provide the vitamin D. Lanolin is in fact a wax, not an oil or "grease" that is obtained by squeezing the sheep's harvested wool between rollers. Higher grades of lanolin are beneficial to humans for healing. The sheep are not hurt, they are sheared. A hard-core vegan might think that was humiliating to the sheep or something, but please. Nevertheless, if it does contain lanolin, then it is not vegan in fact.
Vegan or not, this multi is the best I have tried in my 40 years of trial and error. Don't be fooled by dosages, this is real food and highly assimilable according to how I have been feeling overall while taking it. That it is raw is food is foretelling of the future of dietary supplements, because a food or supplement devoid of living factors and enzymes through cooking and processing are all but dead and can even be harmful. If you have to take supplements with a large meal to prevent stomach upset, then you are throwing your money away, because they are doing you more harm than good. A supplement you can take anytime, even on an empty stomach, with no distress whatsoever, is much more likely to be beneficial. The thing with raw food supplements is you can multiply dosages to your liking with no harmful effects either, because it is, after all, food. Just by opening the bottle and taking a whiff of the contents you get the unmistakable aroma of a complex assortment of fruits, vegetables and herbs. Excellent formula.

A little pricey, however a whole food suppplementAug 03, 2009
By Seth Walton This multivitamin is great because it's made from foods rather than synthetic vitamins, meaning that the vitamins will be better recognized and digested by the body. Also includes enzymes for better digestion such as lactase and phytase, so no need to worry if you take this vitamin while eating grains or dairy, etc. I also like how this multi doesn't go overboard on the vitamins, as much research has shown that getting too much of certain vitamins can be toxic to the body. The only downside is the price, but it's all about where your priorities are.

Great for long term health and weight lossMar 13, 2009
By K. Cuervo I've been taking the Vitamin Code Perfect Weight for about 3 months and have had great results. My digestion has improved in many ways and I have steadier energy which helps control my appetite. In response to the other reviewers, these vitamins seem to act as real food instead of a supplement; they are gentler and less dehydrating on the body. I have been using this for about 1 year. It is always had to find if Multi-vitamins are effective as they are only preventing you from falling sick, but not curing anything specifically. I have found that my health has improved overall. The best things about this multi is that it is natural and does not need to be taken with meals.

Great VitaminAug 25, 2011
By Justin D. Brown I've been taking these for a while now, and I think they are one of the best vitamin selections for men that are currently available. Select the Subscribe and Save option to get an even better price. I'll continue to order these, as they do make me feel better overall. My wife has also been taking the women's version.
