These vitamins are great on many levels. I can tell that i have renewed energy and that it keeps me through the day. Not expensive and works fantastic.
p.S. THESE VITAMINS ARE VEGAN!!!

So this is the first daily vitamin I have ever taken, I'm 19 and 6'1 so I was curious as to what it might do for me and here is the run down.
Shipping was accurate, received the date predicted.
Now to the good stuff!
Right when I wake up I take the pill with a glass of water, very easy going down and no taste whatsoever.
Within 3-5 days I felt like I had more energy, but especially more mentally alert. It wasn't taking me all day to "wake up".
That was the quick results you might say.
It's been about a month now and I definitely have more energy, it's not hard to wake up physically or mentally.
My hair actually looks and feels thicker now too. I have naturally baby fine hair and after looking at my hair it's actually a little thicker looking and definitely feels softer and smoother, less frizz too and it has a nice natural shine. Was not looking for better hair when buying these but hey, I'll take it :).
My skin has also changed. My skin looks a lot smoother now, now so rough looking (don't know how to put it). But either way the little acne that I was battling with is 99.9% gone which is awesome!
When I purchased these I was doing it more with the mindset that my body on the inside was going to get a nice treat. However I've discovered that there are many outward signs as well.
Will keep buying!

My husband is not into being a super natural person where as I am. I have all about Vitamin supplements and a healthy diet to be healthy and stay healthy. He will eat what I make and take A vitamin or two a day. So this was perfect for him. I think the "Garden of Life" is such a amazing brand but the vitamins I take you have to take 4 a day and I knew he would not do that, so when I found these one a day I knew they would be perfect for him. He has been taking them for a while now and say's he can feel the difference. He does not get sick like he used too, he has more energy and many things. So we are very happy with this product. The price is very good as well.

I was attracted to these vitamins by the ingredients, all natural, no junk and fillers....believe it or not pretty hard to find in vitamins. They work too, you feel more energetic and alert when taking them. However, and this is a BIG however, they made me sick! I vomitted a couple of times with them. Awful, awful stomach aches, just a weird queasy feeling. It's too bad. I do however have no problems with their RAW Protein and would recommend that.

I have taken other Garden of Life products so I am very familiar with the brand. In the past I haven't had any issues however, just like some of the others I started feeling sick soon after I took the pill. The day after I woke up with very low energy, fever, headache. I was told this could possibly be a body detox due to the raw ingredients. I am ok with that if that is in fact what it is.
Please let me know if any of you felt sick at first but then went away a few days after implementing the vitamin. HELP!!!
