As part of a prescribed protocol from my Autoimmune Specialist, I am supposed to take a all vegetarian vitamin once a day. It was difficult for me to find one to fit my needs since I am allergic to iodine, soy, corn, and many fruits. I have no negative allergic reactions to this vitamin, so I consider it a winner! And, as part of that "protocol", I feel healthier than I have in years.

I really like this vitamin because it is easy to digest. Certain other vitamins upset my stomach.It is
also alot cheaper than purchasing it from a heath food store.

For those that care, these vitamins are Not vegan. They contain D3 that is sourced from lanolin. Thus if it matters to you, they're not vegan. And if it doesn't..please disregard this message as they probably are very good vitamins...
PS - As per the company, their new labeling will state 'vegetarian' to avoid confusion.

I love these vitamins. They are easy to digest, they dont need to be taken with food, although it is probably better to do so. Only need to take one a day, and they are easy to swallow.

I don't care about the vegan part. I bought this particular brand because they are in gel caps and are very easy to swallow. I've been taking them for a few months and results are great. Hope they will continue to perform.
