Pure Encapsulations is a great supplement brand. Most Americans are very deficient in Vitamin D, which is essential for warding off many ailments from colds to cancer. Vitamin D is a building block to good health, and this product fits the bill. I've always liked Pure products, and my doctor sells them as well and thinks they're a good company, which cannot be said of all vitamin/supplement makers.
If you're taking this large of a dose make sure you are getting your 25(OH)D levels checked regularly by your doctor.

I've always had problems drifting off to sleep used a 3mg dosage before and taken a few. My doctor told me about this company and said they made a higher dosage and to try the 10mg. This is the perfect dose for me. It lets me get to sleep quick and keeps me in the best sleep stages all night long.

I used it for 3 months and was so helpful for me. It has increased my vitamin D3 blood levels to normal, after it was severly low, and I was almost dying from the side effects of low vit d3 in my blood.
It reached in good time,though, it was an international shipment. Intact bottle and well sealed.
The only point I want to know is why It can not be shipped again to my address?!.. , Although I have recieved it before on the same one and still I`m using my old shipment address?!..
Still I will say it was great, But I can not get it again for the meantime, hoping soon I will get it to continue my treatment.
