A reasonable product overall. Decent price, no nasty side effects. Not as dramatic of an effect as some cleanses though.

I have taken the cleanse for 4 days and I have gained 7 pounds, my stomach is sticking out and i feel horrible. I am going to keep trying for a few more days but I dont know why this is happening. help!

I have used this product about once a year for many years, it is gentle but still gets the job done. I've never experienced stomach cramps or other pain using this product. I would highly recommend it to anyone who just wants to gently 'flush the system'.

Didn't see any resultsJan 21, 2010
I finished all the pills of this detox program this morning and I didn't see a single difference from before taking the pills. Contrary to some reviews that I read in the web, I didn't have any diarrhea, gas, or any change in bowel habits. While that is good, the bad part is that I also didn't see anything improving. My skin didn't change at all, I don't feel any more "rested" or "peaceful" then when I started the program, and I didn't lose any weight, even though I ate cleaner and drink a ton of water while doing the detox.
The other thing that I didn't exactly like was the fact that the laxative pills are big and fat, multi-vitamin-like size. At night during the first week you need to take 3 laxative pills, 4 fiber pills, and 1 other smaller pill, and at least for me it was a bit hard to swallow so many at once.
Bottom line is, I feel like I wasted my money and my time. Maybe I was expecting too much, some sort of difference after finishing the detox process, but for not feeling or seeing anything different at all... It's disappointing. I would not recommend this detox kit - better invest on something else.

I clipped a $5 coupon from couponsdotcom and decided I would try this. I am reading the reviews after the fact and it looks like I made the right choice...to be continued~
