I switched from taking fish oils (I have been taking a high concentration, pharmaceutical-grade fish oil for the last six years) to the balanced omega 3:omega 6 combination in this product. I saw immediate results. Most notably my hunger diminished greatly. I have dropped belly fat and I can work out longer. I have been able to increase my running and weight lifting without the fatigue and muscle burning pain I had experienced before. This combination really works and I highly recommend it.

I have used this product for a few years now. After some research on how it is produced I discovered it has very high standards that capture the oils without destroying the molecular integrity that makes it effective. I appreciate the sourcing of the oils to be non-fish, since I prefer vegetarian options. In current research fish oil has many positive effects but is plauged by problems of contamination and other things. This product is not.
Also the combination of multiple precursors of Omega 3 and 6 is potent. For myself, it got rid of several skin problems that were distinct and irritating. Took about three months then certain dry areas, rashes and some eczema went away. My doctor noted this and asked for the product for himself- even though he doesn't suggest nutritional supplements to his clients.
No, I don't work for the company, sell products or think it is a miracle. It is just a well produced product with some real benefits. I wanted to share my experience with others who might benefit as well. I could find no other comparable product. The quality of the capsules and packaging has been consistently good as well. Do I wish the product was less expensive- of course. But the results for me make it worth the price.

We do get omega 6 in our diet. However the quality of the 6 is highly compromised. This is one of the best oils on the market. Stay away from fish oil.

Peskin has made much of his research and insights into getting the balance and sources of essential oils in diet RIGHT. These are absolutely ESSENTIAL to a healthy life. This product, if taken everyday, will help quell hunger cravings and overall improve your sense of well-being and fitness--because you won't be bingeing on snack foods. If you are taking those DHA and EPA supplements derived from fish sources, please consider this as an alternative, try them, and see the results.
