I read the P3eskin book, but the recommendations did not work for me, therefore I give it only a one star evaluation................

Read his book and tried his approach - including his supplements. His ability to NOT put the total ingrediants list and NOT give exact portions items make it hard to do comparisons. "parent" is one of those terms. Proof is also in the results ..look at his pics.. he is a mess. If he is his idea of health and fitness then I need to add even more fat to my ABs..
